Vasthi Treatment

Vasthi (also spelled as Vasti) is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment method that involves administering medicinal substances through the rectum. It's part of the Panchakarma therapy, which is aimed at detoxifying and rejuvenating the body. Vasthi treatment uses herbal oils, herbal extracts, and other substances to cleanse the colon and eliminate toxins from the body. It's believed to balance the Vata dosha (one of the three fundamental energies in Ayurveda) and treat various disorders related to the digestive system, nervous system, and musculoskeletal system. Ayurvedic practitioners may recommend Vasthi therapy based on individual health conditions and dosha imbalances.
