Medical Care
We have well-qualified and experienced medical and paramedical staff available round the clock. Our hospital has a tie-up with ASTER RAMESH HOSPITALS, GUNTUR to provide emergency services if necessary.
Visiting Hours
- Visiting Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Please avoid visiting patients if you have fever, sore throat, flu, or other contagious diseases.
- Children should preferably not be brought to the Foundation.
- Outside food for patients is strictly prohibited.
Lab Services
We provide outsourced lab facilities for both outpatients and inpatients.
Library
A library is available for professional staff and patients.
Wheelchair & Stretcher Services
Free wheelchair & stretcher support is available.
Pharmacy
Our pharmacy is open every day.
Pathyahara Shala
We provide a simple vegetarian diet to our patients, adjusted per the doctor's recommendations based on the patient's health condition.
Laundry Services
Laundry services are available.
Billing & Insurance
All required documents are issued on request. Patients can communicate with doctors and Patient Relationship Officers regarding documents such as medical certificates, admission and discharge certificates, fitness certificates, etc.
Training
Training sessions are provided for medical & paramedical staff throughout the year.

OUTPATIENT CONSULTATION
Anybody seeking the outpatient services can approach the friendly help desk, where one of our trained staff will understand their requirements and guide them.
Doctors are available throughout the week in all of our branches.
- Guntur branch OP timing: Morning 9 AM – 2 PM; Evening 6 PM – 9 PM
- Pothuru branch OP timing: Morning 9 AM – 6 PM
- Vijayawada branch OP timing: Morning 9 AM – 2 PM; Evening 5 PM – 8 PM
- Nagole – Hyderabad branch OP timing: Morning 9 AM – 2 PM; Evening 5 PM – 9 PM
To consult the Chief Physicians, prior booking is required.
INPATIENT SERVICES
Our hospital provides expert treatment to inpatients. After a detailed discussion with the patients and/or bystanders and reviewing the medical records, treatments are advised by the Physicians. Treatment duration is between 15 to 30 days.
DISABLED PATIENTS
Our hospital is committed to meeting the needs of disabled patients. Patient rooms, treatment rooms, and other areas are designed for smooth transportation.
